Southwest Hospice Foundation        

The mission is to enhance communities through our provisions for all residents to access exceptional hospice care through the end-of-life.

To support the community, the non-profit Southwest Hospice Foundation provides support for the extraordinary work of Valor HospiceCare & PalliativeCare staff and volunteers.

The Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization managed by community leaders, allows tax deductible contributions to develop and maintain philanthropic causes. Working with individuals, businesses, corporations and foundations, we offer:

- Indigent care for qualified patients and families
- Scholarships for health care employees focused on hospice and palliative medicine
- Community outreach & palliative medicine and hospice research

Memorial Services

As part of our Bereavement Program and as a service to the community, Valor HospiceCare & PalliativeCare's Memorial Service will honor the patients that we serve.
